Single Woman's Shoes

"Sometimes its hard to walk in a single woman's shoes. That's why we need really special ones. To make the walk just a little more fun."

I read this earlier and laughed and thought, "so true!"

Yes it IS hard at times to walk in a single woman's shoes, I would know, I've been doing it for almost 27 years. So I decided to do a shoot with all of my "really special" shoes that have made my walk more fun over the years.

No, these are not all my shoes, but they are the prettiest.

 Don't they look so fun and the display I think is super cute too.

 Yes, I have a lot and yet all the time I see shoes that I KNOW would make my walk even more fun. But I haven't bought them all, so give me some credit. Side note: I'm now thinking it might be kind of fun to have shelves down the wall with all my especially hot shoes displayed all the time.

Shoes Are a Girl's Best Friend

So my shopping weaknesses are shoes and bags... I really do love them. I have to wear shoes and carry a purse (to hold all my stuff I NEED with me) so they are necessary accessories. I like jewelry and belts but they aren't neccessary so I don't wear them as often. Shoes and purses are cute, fun, and  practical! So when with my sister-in-law helping her shoe shop on Friday, I ended up picking up a couple pairs for myself too. We walked into an INCREDIBLE sale at Dillard's (60% off already discounted shoes!!!!) And I've been wanting white dress shoes and nude shoes, I found both for CHEAP! Warning this pic below shows off my RIDICULOUS legs from running!!! Seriously I should be a shoe model.

I also bought a new perfume that night, Burberry Body. I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to perfumes. This one was right at the entrance to Dillards and I sprayed some on as I walked by just because. After shoe shopping though, I was absolutely in love with it, so I purchased it. Its very light and not fruity or flowery, its perfect! Sometimes I do love being a girl.
