I got a phone call today from the North Carolina HR personnel.
The partner is willing to take me!
I don't have an official date, but beginning or mid-May I will be moving to Raleigh, NC.

I'm not going to lie, I'm a bit nervous to start over. I have to find a place to live, make new friends, get doctors/dentists set up, etc. But I don't feel as awful as I did with the Memphis offer, so
Raleigh here I come!
YAY!!!!! That is very exciting! I am glad you held out for the place you wanted. I am also glad we get a little more time with you nearby. I bet it is a relief to not have to worry about the job search anymore.
