So when talking about work and the billable hours they require, I have to explain that billable means I can code my time to a client and charge them. They don't care how long I'm actually at the office, they only care about how many hours I can actually charge the client for. So right now they are requiring 55 billable, but that usually ends up being 65 hours total. So then I get asked what things are unbillable. Well goingconcern.com (all things accounting) made quite the complete list of what unbillable time is composed of...
I am guilty of at least half the list. So I found this hilarious, but maybe its just because I'm an accountant and a nerd :)
